Wayne S. Fegley, has been a resident of Schuylkill County for over 35 years. He graduated magna cum laude from East Stroudsburg University in 1987 and earned his Master's Degree in 1989 before graduating from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1991.

Wayne concentrates his practice in personal injury claims, workers' compensation and Social Security disability. He has represented clients across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for over 16 years and in 2008, he was named a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" in the field of workers’ compensation by Philadelphia Magazine. In 2007-2008, Wayne served as the First Vice Chair to the Workers' Compensation Section of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Wayne is also a member of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG), as well as the Pennsylvania and Schuylkill County Bar Associations.
