Client/developer granted zoning and land development approval on a Preemption issue decided under Pennsylvania’s new Propane and Liquified Petroleum Gas Act. The local court reserved the right to regulate propane gas facilities to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Successful in the Commonwealth Court in Pennsylvania in challenging a local zoning ordinance for invalidity as both de facto exclusionary and in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Client/developer given site specific relief to establish a methadone treatment facility in accord with plans submitted.
